Usage and safety information for rental bikes

To help you enjoy your ride to the full, we kindly ask you to observe the following information:

• There is no legal requirement to wear a helmet in Germany. However, for your own safety, we strongly recommend wearing one.
• Please observe the German road traffic regulations (StVO).
• Bikes can be returned in the underground car park of the Hilton Hotel (accessible via Brühlsche Gasse) and may be returned at any time, 24/7. If the car park gate is closed, please use the intercom and a member of the reception team will open it for you. Please note that bicycles may only be pushed inside the underground car park, especially in the entrance and exit area.
• Please check the bike for any damage before setting off. Any damage that occurs must be reported immediately in the shop or by telephone.
• Whenever you leave the bike unattended, please secure it using the lock provided.
